- Seek out a professional resume writer who will charge you a few hundred dollars
- Go down to your local employment office, make an appointment to get your resume reviewed, and then sit on one side of the desk while the guy on the other brings you down with his version of how things should be even though he hasn't had to search for a job in years and only views you as what's coming between him and his lunch
- Get an amateur professional to assist you – one who has experience with resumes and knowledge of the industry, excels in the English language and who won't empty your bank account
